Charles Frederick Rae McCleave passed away peacefully in the Yarmouth Regional Hospital on November 17, 2023, with his wife, June, and son, Christopher, by his side. She was a committed member of Emmanuel Baptist Church, East Preston United Baptist Church and New Beginnings Ministries, respectively, over the years. At an age that Roger could begin work, he enlisted in the Navy moving to Victoria, BC. Born July 27, 1953, he was the son of late Russell and Mimi (Gidney) McCullough. Cassie served her communities in many capacities. It is with great sadness the family announce the passing of Roger Thomas McCullough, 69 of Digby, on Octoin the Digby General Hospital. Cassie reached her many clients through home-based parties, store front and, lastly but not least, creating a space in her dining room known as "Cassie's Touch". With that mindset, Cassie operated a community canteen, a retail business which specialized in fashionable church hats, clothing, hair products and accessories. ![]() Cassie also earned her accounting/bookkeeping diploma later in life, which paired well with her entrepreneurial mindset. Cassie graduated from secondary school, then secured a job with the City of Halifax as a key punch operator. Cassie graduated from Sydney Steven High School with honours, while skipping two grades in her early school years. Cassie was born in Upper Hammonds Plains, a daughter of the late Ellsworth and Evelyn (Johnson) Gough. Brooks (Gough), Catherine Geraldine “Cassie ”, age 70, resident of East Preston passed away on February 13, 2022, peacefully surrounded by her family at the Dartmouth General Hospital, Dartmouth, NS.
